Network Peering

News-Service.com operates her own independent network. Our AS number, registered at the RIPE NCC authority, is AS8582. AS8582 is available at the following Internet eXchange points:

• Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX) - 2 x 10 Gigabit Ethernet
• Netherlands Internet Exchange (NL-IX) - 1 x 10 Gigabit Ethernet
• German Internet Exchange (DE-CIX) - 1 x 10 Gigabit Ethernet

Besides the above Internet eXchange points, News-Service.com connects to the following networks:

• T-Systems (Deutsche Telekom / DTAG) - 2 x 10 Gigabit Ethernet
• Global Crossing - 1 x 10 Gigabit Ethernet
• Open Peering - 1 x 10 Gigabit Ethernet

News-Service.com also accepts private peerings under certain circumstances and when the amount of traffic justifies this.

If your peering policy requires us to sign a peering agreement, please attach it to your peering request in order our legal department to be able to review it.
